The best way to celebrate or just say thanks to your Costa Coffee loving friends, family, colleagues and loved ones.

  • The Costa Coffee UAE Gift Card programs allows you to purchase a physical gift card in-store or online as well as loading a digital gift card to your loyalty app.

    • There are two options to load your digital gift card:

      • If someone buys you a physical card, go into the app and click 'Gift card balance', then click 'Add or manage gift cards', then key in the gift card number and PIN.

      • Go into store and load a gift card directly onto the app by informing the cashier this is what you wish to do and scanning your app.

  • The customer is able to select a denomination value to load onto the gift card (Maximum is AED 1,000) and complete the purchase using cash, credit card, debit card or other electronic payment methods.

  • When purchasing online or in-store the gift card available denominations will be AED 25, AED 50 and AED 100. When purchasing in store this the customer can select the value with a minimum value of AED 25.

  • You may redeem your Costa Gift Card at any participating Costa outlets in the UAE excluding events. When you use your gift card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance of the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given.

  • No discounts will be allowed for the purchase of a card. You can use your gift card against the amount of a discounted purchase but you can not use your discount to purchase the gift card.

  • To check your available balance please visit any of our participating stores.

  • You may not exchange your Costa Gift Card for cash.

  • Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a gift card.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept a Costa Gift Card where we believe it may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.

  • You should take care of your Costa Gift Card and treat it like cash Costa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

  • You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorized use of your Costa gift card to customer service. If you lose your Costa Gift Card or it is stolen or damaged, we may, at our sole discretion replace your Costa Gift Card and transfer the balance stored on it to a replacement card.

  • Your Costa Gift Card and the balance on it will be cancelled 12 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel your gift card if we suspect it is being used fraudulently.

  • The Costa Gift Card is issued by, and remains the property of Emirates Leisure Retail LLC, Costa Coffee UAE, Emirates Holidays Building, Dubai.
